 Team chayil -  breaks in   Buimo jail grounds , the second largest  jail in PNG   came in contact with world of BHIP Global on Sunday 8th December 2013.

Officers  and families members of this  jail  and prisoners want to Know  what the BHIP Buzz is all about.
Mind  changing , Mind challenging and   getting their mind to   BHIP MLM

Buimo jail is a place where prisoners  get retrained ,rehabilitated and released back to their Community
The jail can hold up to  850 prisoners serving time   for inflicting  damages to society 

Team chayil  has moved into the prison ground to  retrain BHIP  leaders , rehabilitate the mind set of BHIP  distributors  and release then into their own community to do BHIP.

We thank  CSM Robert MANJUI,  Cpl; Susie OIYE  and Dick DARIUS  for creating this door of opportunity to take BHip into the prison.

They only Know about quadrant E and S and  had no idea of  quadrant B  and I 

It was a challenge for us to educate them.

 TIPS FOR LEADERS

Tell  the truth on the BHIP compensation plan.We have found out that signing people and  throwing them into to ocean to swim or to fend for themselves is not the way to Go .
Team support at the very  Low level to connect people in  PNG is very Important to drive this business . 

Leaders Must be able to  train and train and train ------------------

It is better to train 10 good leader  who can duplicate the BHIP business rather than 100 followers who gets lost on the way,

Simply , team chayil scans  all its   distributors  and find the leadership qualities in them  and train them in this business.

When you train people,   you have solved 80% of your MLM  problem

 we use the Paretos law of the 80/ 20 rule which can be applied in any situation you work or operate  your business. 
Work on the 20% of the problem areas of Multi level marketing in PNG  and you have solved 80% of Your hard work 
Put it this way,  do 20% of your active work,especially teaching and training and  you  let passive work  do the remaining 80%

OUR  message is to  introduce  people into the business and follow up with team support , educate and answer ALL Questions and not sign up and disappear 

Tell them what you have achieved and how you have done it and encourage then to duplicate what you have done.
If leaders achieve some goals   show and teach next leaders to achieve their dreams.

Leading with the Truth and patience rather  rather deception  and creating short term hopes.
I have found PNG people to be impatient and an as leaders we have to be patient with them. 

BHIP global business is not a numbers game it is a business that develop leaders
